4. The Net Generation is the new camade of young people (basically teenagers)who has a developed knowledge about the technologies that we can find everyday. They can handle these technologies very easily and prefer learning by doing such as creating or using other strategies that will help them identify their own abilities to work.
The net generation are people born from 1990 to nowdays and they are people who consider technology like something as a part of themselves. They don`t need to attend special courses to learn to manage any of the resources of the web, because they owe a explorating behavior that allows them to learn by themselves. In addition, if they have to read any book they prefer to get a summary from Internet than to read the book. They always prefer the fastness.
Net geners are active learners because they love to learn by doing. They would rather participate and interact with others and collaborate on "hands-on" activities than some other activities where they find only reading, completing and writing exercises. They also are fast learners and despite the fact that they enjoy TICS, they understand TICS will never replace human interaction. Moreover, many net geners don't really find long-distance courses interesting or fun because it lacks of real, concrete human interaction.
