a)Yes, because this way the learning process has two different perspectives to work on. This insures learners not to get tired of working on the same tools always.
b)By having them use technology in ways they find interesting.
c)Teaching on blended programs helps teachers to have a wider variety of activities and enviroments for the students to work on.
d)Blended learning will be possible only if the necessary tools exist.
e)If there is a real compromise between the two parts teaching can get to be a real and succesful learning-teaching process.

b)Students will get engage with blended learning if the resources are well structured and presented. Moreover, students nowadays are naturally interested in technology and teachers should include this in the class.
